Maahi Wellness Centre is a private membership association. There is a lifetime membership fee for $10 that gives you access to our center and our member-only services. This will be charged on your first visit to Maahi Wellness.

Family sessions are offered to families that would like to bring their young children and teenagers. The pricing applies to all children under the Age of 19. Children’s pricing is discounted at 40%

Steps in the booking process:
Please follow these steps in order to purchase a package and book your session successfully
If you are a first time visitor to our website, please click on the signup button. This will take you to a signup screen when you enter your first name, last name and email address and click on the signup button. This will help you set up your Maahi Wellness account.
If you are a returning member, then click on the login button, enter your email address and password to login to your Maahi Wellness account.
Once you sign up for the first time, you will receive an activation email. Subject of the email is “Registration confirmation on site wellnessliving.com”. In the email you can click on the button “Activate Account” to begin setting up your Maahi Wellness profile.
Clicking the “Activate Account” button will take you to a registration form where you will enter your personal information, enter the password to set up the Maahi Wellness account, enter your cell phone number, date of birth, review the Membership Agreement (make sure to scroll down the Agreement) and electronically sign the agreement.
If you have been referred by an existing member, please make sure to enter their email address , so that you can receive your special referral pricing. Please make sure to enter their email address and click on the Search Button for their email to pop up in the search box.
If you are a Senior, please email us your identification at sayhello@maahiwellness.com and we will share a 10% Senior’s discount code that you can use to purchase a package.
If you are a Unifyd TV subscriber, please email us a copy of your latest subscription receipt to sayhello@maahiwellness.com and we will send you a 10% discount code that you can use to purchase a package.

How To Prepare For A Session
What to Expect
- Each person’s experience is unique; the body prioritizes its needs.
- Several 2-hour sessions provide more impact than a single 2-hour session.
- The impact is cumulative. It is not possible to get too much healing energy. The more the energy -the better for overall wellbeing and coherence of the system.
- The Energy room(wellness room) provides a quiet, dark and restful healing environment.
- It is advised not to bring electronics into the Energy Room unless they are essential to you. IF A CELL PHONE IS BROUGHT INTO THE ENERGY ROOM, PLEASE BE SURE TO PUT IT IN AIRPLANE MODE AND SILENCE IT.
- The space is equipped with zero gravity chairs for your comfort.
- Some people prefer to wear eye shades and/or ear plugs to block any minor light or sounds.
- If you would like to listen to music on your phone, please ensure you have earplugs and listen to the music softly so as not to disturb others in the Energy room. Please put your cellphone on silent or airplane mode to prevent it from ringing and disturbing others in the room. Everyone is here to maximize their wellness and we are committed to creating an environment for everyone’s comfort.
- Plan to close your eyes and relax in order to achieve the highest benefit.
- Set your intentions for what you want to achieve. Meditation and/or silent prayer is recommended.
- Come with an open heart and mind, breathe divine life source into every cell of your body.
Preparation For Your Session
- It’s recommended to drink plenty of water and remain hydrated before, during and after each session. Our water filter is not installed yet, so please bring your own water. Ideally you can consume pure distilled water versus tap water.
- You may bring extra water to set in the scalar room while you are in the session to charge your water.
- Bring your healing crystals and bath salts etc to also place in your room, under your chair, to charge them with the energy
- Wear comfortable clothing and plan to bring layers should you become chilly while deeply relaxing.
- In consideration of others, please do not wear perfume or use lotion with a strong fragrance before coming to your session.
- You may want to bring a pillow and/or a light blanket
- There is a waiting room, where you can wait for the start of your session.
- It is highly recommended that you take a salt bath within 24 hours after your session, to aid with the detoxification process.
- The salts can be purchased at the centre to assist in the detoxification process
Getting to the Centre
- The address for our centre is 1118 W 8th Avenue
- The centre is on the ground floor of the building and also has a wheelchair ramp
- You will see the signage for Maahi Wellness on the wall of the centre facing 8th Avenue
- There is street parking right in front of the centre and if you get lucky you will find a spot
- The closest handicapped parking is a 4 minute walk away at Diamond Parking Ltd – 1154 W Broadway
- There are many paid parking lots very close to the centre.
- The biggest and closest paid parking lot is Parking Indigo at 1385 W 8th Avenue
- Impark Lot 1367 W 8th Avenue
- The closest Skytrain station to the centre is Broadway City-Hall station on the Canada Line. The centre is located at a 15 minute walk from the station.
- You can also take the 009 bus to our centre from Broadway City-Hall station. From the station walk 4 mins to WB W Broadway @ Ash St to catch the 009 bus. Get off at WB W Broadway at Spruce St. This is 3 stop from Ash St. The walk to our centre at 1118 W 8th Avenue is 2 minutes from this bus stop
- This bus 009 is also available all day Saturday
- Other bus options are 099 and 017. But you will have to walk further from Broadway City-Hall station to catch these buses.
Selfcare After Your Session
- Drink good clean water, drink water, and then drink more water (2-3 liters minimum per day)
- Purchase our salts or make your own salts for detoxification
- The salt bath recipe is:
- 2 cups of sea salt (any good sea salt; not Epsom salt)
- 2 cups baking soda
- 1 cup of 20 Mule Team Borax
- Optional additions:
- Pine oil or other essential oil
- ½ cup bentonite clay
- 2 tsp to ¼ cup of ginger powder
- 2 tsp to ¼ cup match green tea
- 2 cups food grade or regular hydrogen peroxide
- Put the ingredients in a tub of hot water and soak for 30 minutes or more with a wet towel over the chest. It is also good to scrub your skin while in the bath. If you are unable to get into a bathtub, you can add the salts to a footbath and soak your feet for 30-60 minutes in the footbath as well. This will help your body detox just the way a salt bath would.
- You can also purchase pre-prepared salts at the centre. Each 3 lb bag is $50. Payment can be made at the centre. You can purchase the salts online and pickup at the centre based on availability of the salts. We ask that only one bag be purchased per person, per session, to help us keep up with demand.
- It is good to use a magnesium lotion or magnesium oil with coconut oil following the bath. Also, remineralize your body with sodium and potassium.
- Key diet concepts are: Fresh, live, raw – emphasize fruits and vegetables
- Lemons, grapefruits, limes, berries
- Raw nuts
- Healthy fats (avocados are good)
- Lots of greens
- Choose organic foods if possible
- Make healthier, more intelligent, more informed choices for yourself.
- Drink water with juice from ½ of a lemon squeezed into it in the morning.
- Schedule additional sessions as close in time as possible to keep the healing momentum going.

How Can I Manage My Bookings?
- After booking a session, you will receive an appointment confirmation email. This email will contain a unique link to access your dashboard where you can directly manage your bookings.
- You can also visit our website at Maahi Wellness and click on the My Appointments button to log into your Maahi Wellness account and manage your appointments (book new appointments, reschedule appointments, purchase new packages etc)
